More about this item
This lovely apron is a waffle weave type fabric and has an extensive cross stitch done in red across the lower part of the skirt. There is also chrocheted lace at the bottom. This was found stored for decades in the attic of a 100 year old lady along with many of her belongings from the 20's-30's and her mother's (1900's) and grandmother's (late 1800's)!
This apron is about 18" across the waist and has 10" ties.It is about 40" from the top of the waistband to the bottom. I only soaked this and triple rinsed it to remove any odors, I did not treat any stains that may be found so that will be up to the buyer. As with any older fabrics they need to handled carefully and may be subject to stains, yellowing or small holes. This apron is in very nice condition for the age and number of years it has been stored away. Please message if you have questions and thanks for looking!
