This apron does have a few issues as shown in the photo. The tie on one side is shredding and needs repair. There is a hole and it does have some stains and yellowing. I do believe some spot treating and soaking will remove these stains. I simply soaked and triple rinsed to remove any odors from being stored for decades in an attic. A little TLC will bring this back for sure! It is about 17" across the waist X 37" from top of waistband to the bottom. The ties are about 9" long.
