More about this item
Pat Barnes Pickups, was written by Pat Barnes, and published by Pat Barnes WHT Wrigley Building, Chicago, in 1927. It is a compilation of 119 pages of prose and poetry from his radio listeners, bound in soft maroon leatherette. Features a black-and-white photo of Pat Barnes with his signature, and a foreword by Pat Barnes. It is approximately 5" x 7" x 1/2". The previous owner (Edna) has written her name on the nameplate page inside front cover and she has written some poetry and initialed and dated them from 1933.The writing appears to be in ink. I don't know if these were the owners own poems or recollections. A lovely book, the added writings from Edna are just an added bonus! Please message if you have questions and thanks for looking!
