Not sure if this was for a baby or a doll. The neck opening is very small. The dress measures about 7" across shoulders X 32" from shoulder to hem and 9" across the bodice. This belonged to a lady of 95 years old and was in her attic of her estate. I am listing several pieces from the trunk in that attic that belonged to her and her family members. This gown was gently washed to remove any odors from being stored for decades. There are some small dots and light stains that will probably come out with treatment.
