The pin has no latch. It is a very simple design that seems to be original. The photograph is a sepia colored picture. This piece is made out of acrylic and tin and is about 1 3/4" diameter. The pins were made to honor the passing of family members. I am listing several of these pins,they were found in an old abandoned antiques store in northern Illinois.Please message if you have questions and thanks for looking!
